By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 333vb platform at 333vb.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 333vb platform, including visitors who browse without an account and registered members who place real-money bets or wagers.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 333vb platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and 333vb with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific game, promotion, or bonus rules published on the platform, the more specific rules shall take precedence for that particular activity, except where these Terms & Conditions expressly state otherwise.

Use of the 333vb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

333vb reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during your account's lifetime — including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

If 333vb discovers at any time that an account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements — including the 18+ age requirement — the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings generated during the period of ineligible use will be forfeited. This policy is non-negotiable and exists to protect minors and to comply with responsible gaming standards.

Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time it is withdrawn will be given reasonable opportunity to complete the active wagering requirement under the original terms.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on 333vb are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules provided by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

Sportsbook: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 333vb sportsbook, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player except where a cash-out feature is expressly available for that bet at the relevant time. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play odds are subject to rapid change; it is the player's responsibility to confirm the odds shown at the time of placing the bet.

Technical errors: In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication disruption that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, 333vb reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings arising from a manifest error — including an obvious pricing error in the sportsbook or a software malfunction that generates an impossible game outcome — may be voided at 333vb's discretion.

Maximum winnings: Maximum winnings per bet, per game round, and per day may be subject to limits as specified on the relevant game or bet type. Players who consistently win at unusual volumes may be subject to additional review and 333vb reserves the right to apply account-level stake restrictions at its reasonable discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333vb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or place bets while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access to the platform.
• Fraudulent activity: Providing false information during registration or verification; using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Money laundering: Using the 333vb platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner without express written consent from 333vb.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated arbitrage betting, or sharing RNG outcomes in real-time.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have arisen under normal operating conditions.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at 333vb staff, support agents, or other players through any channel associated with the platform.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content, data, or software from the 333vb platform without explicit written authorisation.

333vb monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the platform may take immediate protective action — including account suspension and fund freeze — without prior notice to the account holder, pending a full investigation.

333vb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring account closure

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your 333vb account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your last used payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to verification.

Dormant accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. 333vb may apply a monthly dormancy fee to cover administrative costs. Notice will be sent to the email or mobile number registered on the account before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.

Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected] with full details of your account and the reasons for your appeal. 333vb will review all appeals fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. During an active appeal, access to the account may remain restricted pending the outcome of the review.
